Chad Gill knows the construction grind because he lived it. For more than two decades, he ran Concreate, a leading concrete flooring company built from the ground up. He faced the same challenges that many contractors still battle today: long hours, constant problem-solving, and a business that demanded every ounce of his time.
When Chad realized the business couldn’t grow without him, he did what good builders do — he rebuilt it. He created systems for delegation, communication, and automation that allowed the company to scale while giving him back his freedom. Those lessons became the foundation of what is now Laminin Coaching.

Chad didn’t plan on becoming a coach. He simply wanted to help other business owners avoid the burnout he once faced. What started as peer conversations turned into a coaching practice, and eventually a movement focused on helping contractors lead better and live better.
With more than 23 years of hands-on construction and leadership experience, Chad brings credibility that resonates with the trades. He’s not an outsider with theories — he’s a builder who knows what it takes to keep projects on schedule, manage teams, and meet payroll in the real world.

Today, through Laminin Coaching, Chad serves as a Fractional Chief AI Officer (CAIO) for contractors who want to automate workflows, empower their teams, and modernize without hiring a full-time executive. He and his team work directly with subcontractors and general contractors to design smarter systems that combine leadership, AI, and real-world implementation.
